Hi , if you make all steps correct (with tftp tool ) and it doesn't work you can not make anything else .You must return dvr where you buy. Maybe needs flash upgade.

Restore to all NVR and cameras too. Start from the beginning. Enable Virtual Host to go directly on ipc's menu. Enable motion detection nvr and directly from ipc .

The latest version is 3.4.91 build 161220 . Is your nvr 7708NI-E2 right? Download from hikvision europe portal and then restore all . I think that this fix your issue. Also the latest version for pc client (windows) ivms-4200 is v2.5.1.7 .

Hi Lee , Did you after upgrade default to factory settings ? After upgrade Nvr must go to factory settings and one by one cameras too. You must make changes on cameras settings first via camera menu directly.You don't need change resolution but only bitrates(via cam menu directly) . After that...

Hello frazer . I believe that is bandwith problem. Get directly to ipc menu and descrease bitrates..Then go to Nvr menu and make sure that have the same bitrates (main & sub stream too) ..

Hi , looks like that your nvr crashed when you try to update maybe wrong firmware, So the only thing you can do is via TFTP upgrade with right firmware version.
