It's to do with the age of your firmware. The V3 firmware likely won't support modern browsers like Chrome & Firefox, You will need to do at least the first update using either a USB stick & direct monitor or by downloading HiTools Delivery which allows you to update firmware from the desktop tool.

Great, If you already have a PoE switch with some cameras connected to it, you can connect the replacement Hikvision camera to this switch and then add the camera to the NVR over the local network as an ONVIF device.
