Hey Kyle,

I have a issues when i want to playback my Hik-connect app. the issues is “number of streaming channels exceeded limit. Please stop playing other channelss..” can you help me to fix this issues? Thank you

Hey Kyle,

Sorry for bothering, but I have issues on my Hik-connect app. Alot of the times I get the error ,, No more channels allowed,, . I have the model ,,DS-2DE2C400SCG,, . I want to look at events on my phone but I keep getting that error. Also, alot of the times when I try to open an event it just loads to 80% and does not work anymore. Can you please help me?

If you don't need a NVR for the human/vehicle search functions on accusense cameras, how do you view these events on the web login playback?

Can you please check with hikvision if they plan on adding Live Guard Area arming/disarming (in Hik-connect) feature to NXI-I or NXI-K series? So far it looks like M-series has this feature.

Hi Kyle,

I'm looking to get about 20+ Hikvision cameras. This would be for a restaurant with a large outdoor space. Potentially thinking a few Colorvu cameras and the rest of the cameras with Acusense. Could you please recommend the cameras and NVR to use? I've seen posts explaining that it is recommended for the NVR to not have acusense but instead for the camera to do so?

This is wrong

"The Gmail SMTP server is smtp@gmail.com, and the use-IP sender SMTP port is 465 (for SSL encryption) and 587 (for TLS encryption) – if you are not given the option to use either SSL or TLS, then both port numbers should work fine."

We do not use the @ sign when specifying SMTP.

Hi Kyle,

Hope you are well.

I had a question about panovu series camera. Hikvision DS-2PT5326IZ-DE. it has 4 total cameras

Do you know how to assign each of the camera views (4) to different NVR channels? Currently I only have the main PTZ showing up automatically, but can’t view the other 3 cameras. Only way is to go to the PTZ’s IP for web browser viewing but it’s just not showing up in the NVR. Thank you.
