Hi, Unfortunately, there's nothing you can do for now. I have the same problem. The Polish distributor "slept" on the firmware update. I've spoken to them, and they're planning to do something about it. For now, we're just waiting. Unless someone knows a way to change the region?

Hi, does anyone know where I can find the firmware for this camera? I've probably searched all over the internet, but the firmware for the DS-2CD2347G3 has disappeared from the Hikvision servers. The link in the first post shows:: "Download address has expired" I got a new camera with firmware...
