Hi I have a Hikvision villa door station connected to my NVR. All works fine except when the outdoor station bell is pressed there is about a 6 second delay until the indoor station rings. If I reboot the outdoor station, it seems ok for a while but then the fault returns. Any ideas? Thanks

Thank you. Never thought of putting firmware on internal SD. Mine was swapped out by Hikvision, but will keep this information to hand if I ever dare to attempt to upgrade the firmware again! Thanks

Thanks for the response. I’ve spoken to my Installer and we will swap it out and hopefully get a refund under warranty for the faulty unit.
