How can I playback on my doorbell on the hik connect app? I have connected my hik connect to the indoor station tablet on the app but I am unable to playback? I get a message regarding ‘streaming media sending or accepting signalling timed out’ how can I fix this problem? What does it mean?

Hi @Kyle I have a question regarding your response, I have the DS-KV6113 with the indoor unit tablet screen. I have added the tablet to my hik connect app but I am unable to playback and receive any motion alerts in my app although I have added my doorbell as an access device control. Any solution?

Is this why I am unable to playback because my hik connect app is connected to the indoor station? What’s the best way to set up so I can receive notifications motion alerts as I ain’t receiving it although I have enabled it to the surveillance
