Hikvision IP Camera offline - wrong IP address

Hello!
Hoping someone can help me?
I recently changed ISPs (BT to Sky). My IP camera uses a TP-Link (one end is plugged into my router). All of the lights are green and I've repaired them.
I checked the IP address and noticed it was still the BT range (192.168.1.X) whereas my DVR automatically now points to Sky's range (192.168.0.X).
I changed the camera's IP address (using the web browser of DVR/NVR) to a Sky range and in my ISP gateway browser, found the matching mac address identifier and noticed it had a Reserved IP so I amended this to match. However, the camera still shows as offline everywhere (on the HikConnect app, on the NVR etc)
I downloaded the SADP tool and it still shows the IP camera on the BT range (192.168.1.X).
I saw another thread elsewhere about changing the subnet mask to 255:255:0:0 and then changing back? (Camera on wrong subnet)
Any help would be appreciated!

Hi @jj2025 - the SADP tool allows you to change the IP addresses of your cameras and NVR and is the recommended way to do so.
Have tried using it to give your camera an IP address on the Sky range?
You'll also need to change the gateway address of the camera.
You can also toggle DHCP on and off in SADP (enter your camera password and click modify after turning it on, and then again after turning it off), which will get the camera to automatically pick up a working IP and gateway from the new router - turning DHCP off again means that IP address will then be fixed:

I'm not sure what the camera admin password is (for SADP) so I've contacted HIK engineers for a reset. My NVR/DVR admin password is different (I tried it here and it didn't work) I've tried the default passwords (admin and 12345) but no luck!

I've noticed in SADP that Enable DCHP isn't selected as you mentioned so once I reset the password, I will enable that and modify.

Oh yes, you're right. The Gateway address is also different. Should it match my NVR/DVR gateway address?

Yes, use the same gateway address as is set for the NVR, which should be the router's IP address :)
 
BT and EE use 192.168.1.254 as the gateway address so you need 192.168.0.1 for Sky. The easiest way to make the change in future if you change ISP is to enable DHCP on the NVR/DVR/IP Cam and apply it temporarily. Once it's grabbed an address you can disable DHCP and select a static IP address in the correct range and public DNS (8.8.8.8 for Googles)

Thanks for your replies.

I have set the gateway to 192.168.0.1 for my IP camera (to match my DVR/NVR and other 2 cams)

I have also made sure the Reserved IP on my Sky Gateway matches the IP camera's on SADP.

I also enabled and disabled DHCP on SADP but the IP didn't change.

On my NVR 4.0, it still showed that the IP Camera's Status is Disconnected (and feed says NO LINK) but SADP says Status Active.

I have checked all other connected devices' Reserved IP to confirm none are identical/clashing. Any idea why it still shows as offline? Do I need to reset/repair my TP link AV1000?

Please ignore the above. I figured it out! The reset SADP password (camera password) was, of course, the password I needed to enter on my NVR Camera Management for the IP camera.

Well done for figuring it out :)

In case it's handy in the future, this guide shows how you can see the connected cameras' passwords on your NVR before disconnecting them - it should save you from having to do any future password resets:
