Thank's Dan, just did that. My mistake. I should have known better than to just blindly follow the "upgrade path". I usually aim to archive other apps so a roll-back being not a problem, if/when things go wrong.
It's a shame. Hik have great kit, (better than almost anything else out there), but, navigating; interpreting, and understanding their philosophy-their miriad software "solutions", are not easy to navigate, or understand, for me, the average user.
Has anyone produced a "crib sheet". Tick-box forms, a fail-safe set of Q/As flow-charts as guidance for installers?
