Hik-Partner Pro Issues Anyone? 14-01-26

Wondering if anyone is using Hik-Partner Pro in the UK and having issues with Health Monitoring today? Every site to which I've added Health Monitoring has thrown an exception this morning. This isn't affecting every site in the app, just those where the Health Monitoring service has been subscribed to. Irrespective of device (NVR, DVR. Intercom) they all have an exception. Intercoms are showing 'Device health status exception', while DVR's/NVR's are showing 'Unknown Type' as the exception. The exception can't be cleared so it masks any real issues.

That's not good... wish I could keep up with you, but current geo-political realities seem to be creating inter-oceanic islands... hopefully this will pass and I'll be able to upgrade/catch up with ya!!!

It's strange. It's left an unknown error on every site where Health Monitoring is subscribed to (it probably won't affect anyone in EU as you get that free of charge as part of the remote maintenance). I'm left with an exception on all sites, 7 unread notifications that don't exist in both app (badge) and HPP web login. I've noticed when I run a Health Report on any of the affected sites the exception is marked against a field called 'null'. It's as though some parameter has been added to be checked that is invalid. Anyway, I'll leave it with Hik-Support - I've given them an authorisation code to look at my account.
