Hikvision DVR Motion-Only Recording Not Working – Records Continuously Instead

My DVR is an IDS 7108HQHI-M1/S.
Right now, it’s set to continuous recording. I have 5 cameras connected, and from them I want two to record only when there’s motion.
I changed continues recording to event by using below interfaces.

At first I draw whole area but then I change by draw only the floor area. Note that this is not a busy area at all. Only 1 to 2 people will go from this area at 3 or 4 times a day. So I need only to capture them.

But when I check the recordings, it still shows continuous recording.

Previously, when continuous recording was enabled, the timeline appeared in blue and motion events were shown in green. Now the timeline is completely orange, but it still records continuously.

Why is that?





 
Hola compre uno igual de 4 canales y me hace esa falla con los canales 2 3 y 4, estamos en contacto y pruevas con el equipo de atención Hikvision para confirmar que sea un fallo tenemos 4 días de prueva y configuración y no han podido corregirlo incluso se metieron vía remota por ip y nada, ya confirme que el equipo continúa igual y espero respuesta después de que pase la semana santa
