I am llooking to get some technical assistance with the Hikvision AI Open Platform and Model Library. I am currently working with the DS-2DE7A432IWG-E camera and am looking for guidance on how to get started with these features.

I have reviewed the camera manual and the online help section, but neither provides instructions or documentation regarding the AI Open Platform. Additionally, I have been unable to locate a source to download the necessary model libraries.

If you have experience setting up this platform or could provide links to relevant documentation and the model library downloads, I would greatly appreciate your help in getting up and running.

Thank you for your time and assistance.
Cheers Dave.

AIOP server is currently available publicly only on chinese server, you could order AIOP app directly via distributer who will contact Hikvision.

I am one of lucky to have access to chinese server AIOP app software.

Usually it requires minimum of 50 images of given object you want to detect, you need to draw on each image rectangle around that object and add content.

Then AI does its job.

Thank you for your reply

I am currently involved in a self-funded study to track local wildlife movements. As part of this, we are planting approximately 2,000 blackberry bushes and have rewilded about eight acres of land, including a wildlife pond, to improve the local habitat.

My goal is to use AIOP to track deer, foxes, and badgers in the area. Based on your experience, could you recommend a distributor I should contact to order the AIOP app?

I have plenty of images to use to train the AIOP.

Thank you very much for your help; it is greatly appreciated.

Dave

Sorry, i know only in my country, as i work for 1. You need to google your country distributors. Also hope they will deal with you, as they deal with installers only.

Usually the chain is: Hikvision->Distributors->Installers->End users.

There is a huge chance the AIOP model you need already exists. As when i was looking on AIOP i saw this(attachment)

I mean creating AIOP app is long procedure sadly.. Each image has to be given context and select the target that has to be found via AI
