    Hi @Heathrow It might be possible to perform a hard reset in the camera settings using iVMS-4200, but we wouldn't perform a reset remotely because the reset will also wipe the remote access settings. You will lose access to the camera and won't be able to reset the remote access settings...

    Okay, If you have the cameras added individually to Hik-Connect, the footage you are viewing is from the camera's MicroSD card because Hik-Connect cannot access footage stored on a 3rd-party NAS that isn't added to the Hik-Connect app.
