ah you are on android based one. Still it should have Capture (Snapshot) setting, but im not sure for recording.

Do you have indoor station on 2.2.100 firmware version? You need to manually enable capture snapshot on it to work. With new firmware 2.2.100 you can even enable motion recording directly on indoor station(You need to have SD Card inside)

The output you need is solved by pressing Away Arm on keyfob, and assigning Key I to do StayArm So you can select zone which will be bypassed by StayArm. It will act as indoor zone and it will not be triggered. If AwayArm then it will be triggered.

Only possible way would be to connect to DVR that supports 5MP or TVI tester device. You may try changing from TVI to AHD if theres a switch button on camera. 5s long press and you will hear click.
