We don't have any experience with Pyronix intruder alarms here at use-IP. However, as Pyronix is now owned by Hikvision, I have moved this query from the General Discussion forum to the Hikvision forum as it's quite likely that some forum members may have relevant experience and be able to help.

We haven't seen that code before. Can you share some more info please: What's your NVR model? What firmware version is it running? What camera models? What firmware are they running? Hik-Connect on Android or IOS? What release version of Hik-Connect?

Not as far as I'm aware. I've only ever seen them as an aid to setup, in the LIVE view.

Is there a device managing IP addresses on the network? To provide your cameras with their own IP addresses. As you'd probably need to enter the camera's IP address in order to add them manually. Whilst the QR code method may need an internet connection.

You could test it with the ONVIF Device Manager: https://www.videoexpertsgroup.com/glossary/onvif-device-manager Then progress to try to access it from your browser. IDK the brand/camera - some budget cams are very much developed to work primarily with their own App.

Have you previously added other network cameras to your LAN and than added them to the NVR in this way? Can you browse to the new camera at that IP address from a PC on the same LAN?

Are you really using the iVMS-4500 App? It went end of life / unsupported years ago. I'm confused as to what you mean here:
