    I used the same mounting box on all 5 cameras, so they are all installed in the same way. The two cameras that have "failed" are both the 4mm lens versions, but I'm sure that has nothing to do with it. I will try to find time to take one into the house this weekend and inspect it internally.

    I have yet to try checking and replacing the desiccant bag on the first camera that failed as it is quite high up so requires longer ladders, which are stored away and a pain to get out! The latest camera to fail is much lower, so I should be able to check it this weekend.

    The second of my five Hikvision CCTV cameras now has a blurred image, so it appears that moister has got into the lens of that camera also. One seal failure may have just been unlucky, but two seal failures suggests poor quality products. Very disappointed.

    Just updated to the latest version of 4.25.0.0812 and at least it isn't crashing on startup! So, I don't understand why my Hik-Connect app is upgrading to a version that doesn't work, rather than to the latest version, which I have to do manually!

    Just to let you know, on the Hikvision appstore (appstore.hikvision.com) there is a newer version of Hik-Connect (4.24.0.0704) and this fixes the playback landscape issue.
