Hikvision DS-7604NI-I1 / 4P hikconnect no motion in continuation

It'll show on the local user interface. Unfortunately I don't think it will show on Hik-Connect with your particular model as the firmware is too old (newer models will). Also regardless of that, to get the event markers in playback (on Hik-Connect app) you need to be viewing an NVR that's...

    M Series Firmware - 5.04.050_250124 Released

Clear your browser history. It’s common after firmware updates that web ui elements fail to load/display correctly due to changes in the code.

    HikConnect - Permission change ?

The app is free. When you register a NVR you get 'Health Monitoring' free for one month after which you can pay a small amount for a further 12 months (it's fee in the EU but charged differently here). The 'Health Monitoring' is what allows remote viewing, playback and configuration along with...

    HikConnect - Permission change ?

There are a few ways you could remotely administer it: 1 - Port forwarding. You'd port forward the http, server and rtsp ports to the IP address of the NVR. The NVR needs a static IP address for that and you may need Dynamic DNS depending on the provider. If it's Virgin Media it's easy as...

    HikConnect - Permission change ?

For you to delete you don't need to be on the same network. Just open Hik-connect app, three dot menu next to your 'site' name, settings then at the bottom of the page 'delete' and confirm it. Job done - it's out of the Hik-Connect account that you originally added it to (with your e mail or...

    HikConnect - Permission change ?

I don't think you can 'transfer' as such between you the 'site owner' and a user you've shared with. You'll first need to ditch the site and then she can re-add it: On your app Home Screen click the 3 dots to the right of your site name, click settings, then scroll to the bottom and click...

    New firmware for G3 ColorVu 4MP Models (H13U platform) - 5.8.21_251117

You know what they say 'you snooze, you lose!' I hadn't realised that those links timed out. Here's a dropbox link that won't expire (until I delete it): H13U_5.8.21_251117

    New firmware for G3 ColorVu 4MP Models (H13U platform) - 5.8.21_251117

I don't know what's going on recently with firmware download. The only place I find it is in my Hik Partner Pro app using serial number search. I'll generate a link for you in a moment with the serial from one of my 2347G3's... Download Link of Firmware_3000687899_null_V5.8.21_251117 The...

It's fine. It's the patched version of what I linked - the patch being the 3K camera capability. Hikvision have release a similar patch for most of their older DVRs to add 3K compatibility, even when the models were 'end of life' and no longer receiving regular updates.

Most of Hikvision new HDTVi 5MP cameras use this 3K format so it’s an important update. Without it you’d just get a black screen if you tried to add one of those newer models. Use your link as that’s the newer build of .011

    Cameras and AcuSeek compatibility

It’s available with AcuSense cameras that have AcuSearch available. Models DS-CD2xxxG2 have it so long as they’re the (c) model (which use G5 rather than G3 firmware). The new 2CD2xxxG3 models have it. The one I’m not sure about is the panoramic (G2P) I could be wrong but seem to remember...

It's an older model and the only newer firmware I can find on the portal is 4.26.011 at the link below: 4.26.011 It is UK/EU @Dan I just had a look through my site list on HPP and found one I fitted a few years back (though I try to avoid HDTVi)

Is it worth me upgrading to a 16mp camera ?

If you need to cover that area a second vari-focal lens camera set to 12mm and directed to that area will likely be your best bet. If cabling is an issue you can get a 'Haydon IP/PoE Combiner/Splitter' and just use your existing cable for both the existing and new camera. I know those 16MP...

Losing the will to live ! Hikvision DS-7616NI-12/16P

If you have your NVR connected (bound) to the Hik-Connect service, I'd probably just login to your account in the Hik-Connect phone app and use that rather than messing around with port forwarding which is considered insecure. It's not clear what is wrong that's preventing your connection but...

Losing the will to live ! Hikvision DS-7616NI-12/16P

Yeah but you can't get iVMS once you've lost it on an iOS device (only inferior android lol). In my case the new phone restored from a backup and it installed but now crashes on load so had to go. I never used it anymore anyway.... With regard to your issue. Accessing the NVR remotely with...

Losing the will to live ! Hikvision DS-7616NI-12/16P

Ivms-4500 is no longer supported and hasn’t been for several years now. I had it working until a few days ago when I replaced my phone and I had to delete it as it crashed on startup (it’s no longer available to download). You best bet is to delete it, install Hik-Connect and go from there...

    Hikvision-- Firmware DS-2CD2387G3

Looks like there's an issue with firmware search on HPP currently. I just tried yours and three of my cameras (all different models) and none of them returned a result. I have noticed that from time to time various models disappear temporarily from firmware search results. For instance a few...

    Hikvision-- Firmware DS-2CD2387G3

When you say there is no firmware for it do you mean the site tells you that or that your serial number is invalid. I’ve never had a search reveal no results - are you sure that you’re entering the correct part of the serial number?
