Hi @nesswill We have never used eMMC when recording to a MicroSD card, and we've never seen any issues. I wouldn't say it is something that you have to use; it is simply an optional extra level of security.

Hi @tron Thanks for the update. We thought this would be the case; most of the consumer-focused brands offer very limited ONVIF support. Hikvision is the same; their NVRs will support adding 3rd-party cameras, but you won't have access to the advanced/smart features supported by those cameras.

Hi @Philyerboots The last firmware update for this model was V5.4.800 210813 As far as we are aware, this firmware was just for a security patch/update. Due to the age of this camera model, this will more than likely be the last firmware update for this camera.

Hi @rosendo Have you tried installing the .iav file? I've had a look at several sources for Hikvision firmware, all of which are using the .iav file for this NVR model. I don't know why, but for some reason, it looks like Hikvision is using .iav files for the firmware for these NVR models.

Hi @ProSecLa As far as we are aware, the Hik-Connect app doesn't support notifications for license plate reads from an ANPR camera. If you use Hik-Connect Teams, I believe it is still the case that it supports adding one ANPR camera free of charge.

Hi @srs0115 We have had confirmation from Hikvision support that the M-series NVRs will support both the new 12MP & 16MP cameras. The NVR specs/datasheet predate Hikvision's plans to release 16MP cameras.

Hi @mano Yes, both your cameras are G5 models, so they will use the same firmware. You can try downgrading camera 1 to V5.7.15, but we can't guarantee that the older firmware will install successfully.

Hi @ste92 The firmware you have linked to is for I-series NVRs. As your NVR is a K1 K-series NVR, you will use these firmware versions. You can update your NVR to V3.4.103_build181226
