There was a bug with the M-Series NVRs which caused this, so it's worth looking through this thread and also making sure you are using the latest firmware for your camera (and NVR, if you are using it), which you can find on Hikvision's product page for each device...

Also, you don't actually need to use virtual host any more on the 5.0 firmware - on the Video Device page, you should have an 'Operation' column at the end which has a button allowing you to log in to each camera :)...

Hi @broxsb As you are using the Acusense technology that's in the NVR (rather than in Acusense cameras), there is actually a limit on the cameras you can apply Human/Vehicle detection on Intrusion Detection to, as shown here (1x camera set to 4MP, or 2x cameras set to 2MP, like yours are)...
