Done factory reset twice just to make sure

Still not working straight after downgrading firmware so doing a full factory reset now to try that.

Now tried reseting my settings with no joy, so now downgrading to same revision firmware as you (V4.50.000) and will then also perform a factory reset so i have a fresh system, hopefully this will fix it.

My Cameras are on the very latest firmware V5.5.82 build 190909

I am on V5.5.82 build 190909 wonder if it might work if i went back to same as yours? do there whole firmware versions i.e. V4.5.000 mean they are stable?

I wonder if like you said the latest firmware update has left remnants behind when i downgraded, maybe only a full factory reset will do it. I have read mixed reviews about doing this, some saying it was successful and sorted the problem others saying it didn't.

Think i might be clutching at straws now tried it and still offline after doing changes then a reboot, think next step is a complete factory reset, i have also now made contact with someone at hikvision through email so maybe this might resolve the issue.

Add to this i do believe when i first started remote viewing on my mobile device I think was using ezviz and later changed over.

Oh ok, I wonder if you do need it originally set at 80 on the NVR to connect to the Hik connect server you then change it to the new http value in my case 8008 in hik connect then update the NVR the same, this also would mean disabling the current device that uses 80 in my port forwarding and...

Forgot to mention i Have got a few other devices that also use http/https in port forwarding so i have to also change them.

The http change is also reflected in the HIK Connect android software, I have always since i had the cameras had it set up this way and it worked! I thought the server works on port 8000 for hik connect!

Do you have the contact details/number who you spoke to, to get your IP unblocked as i am having the same issues with same error code after firmware update. Kind regards Paul

That is very strange i had already backed up the router configs so restored them back to what they where set to before i changed the DNS settings earlier then changed the DNS to match the NVR & Cameras and the port forwarding is still there this time will just perform a complete reboot of the...

I think possibly as i changed the DNS on the router earlier it looks as if it has now wiped off all my port forwarding assignments they where there earlier when i checked them. I will have to add them all again, then will post.

Do you mean on the NAT page - External IP Address? if so no it is still the same as before. I am going to try a full NVR factory reset now as i have copied all my original settings in case i need to revert back.
