Seems like ISP change. Most likely port forwarding issues. Firstly enable DHCP mode on the NVR incase the prior settings were static for the old ISP. Then enable UPnP on the NVR and also on the BT hub. BT HUB log into the settings via 192.168.1.254 - advanced settings - port forwarding -...

Interesting. I'm unable to check the firmware at the moment as I'm away for the week. Is there anyway of accessing the cameras directly via an external network the same way it's done internally? Virtual host is enabled, and can access the NVR settings.
