Found some good news today Hikvision have updated there UK Portal with new ANPR firmware for the 7 line and 4 line cameras in a new folder called ANPR. which includes the firmware for the High Performance TCM ANPR range. The new 7 line firmware has been fixed and they have removed the 4 min issue.

Hello Phil No there are no adjustable settings for this, I can understand why they have implemented this setting in the the camera. For the propose of any parked cars in the detection area so to save the camera sending alarms every second.

Just seen on the EU Portal that there is a new firmware update for the G1 family. But this firmware dose not show up on the UK Portal. V5.6.3 Build 190923...

I updated mine last night with the new firmware as don’t seem to have any troubles with it so far.

I have just seen on the EU Portal have a different version from the UK Portal its the same version 5.6.10 but with a different build 191023 DOWNLOAD EU PORTAL

@Dan Still a shame I can’t import my black & white lists for my anpr camera. I’m sure I’m doing it correctly System -> Event -> Smart Event -> find anpr camera click vehicle-> Blacklist and Whitelist then import xls file. ohh well looks like I’ll be going back to V4.1.64

Thank you Phil that worked a treat. Im still having issues with the NVR not accepting an imported Blacklist and Whitelist. I've tried through the NVR with a USB stick an I've even tried logging on to the NVR trough the WEB GUI but still no luck The NVR is running the latest firmware...
