Yer my cameras are all online. If I connect a monitor to the NVR I see live video. If I connect via IP I can see live video / playback video. The platform access part is the same apart from the server address but I’ve tried that. I guess I will need to contact support for this. I’ve even tested...

I think the eu can either be present or not. It’s just a server location. So can also be dev.hik-connect or dev.eu. I have tried all different server addresses as well but no luck.

this is the nertwork settings via IP and they do match what i saw on the NVR and also the hik connect page. There isn't a settings picture to send because i removed the NVR from the app so trying to re add it but that doesn't work because the register status is offline.

Will have to post tomorrow or later today as ive disconnected the monitor (used tv) earlier.

I have but when it trys to connect to it, it says it is not connected to the network even thought ive tested it and it seems connected to the network. gone into the network page on the nvr tested it.

No was told to delete the NVR from hik connect which is why I’m now in a real mess. I’ve connected a monitor to my NVR and restarted it. For some unknown reason the admin password which I’ve been using to connect via ip doesn’t work when entering it on the NVR. I’m slowly losing it now

Not sure when connecting directly to NVR but I’d guess yes because when I connect to the NVR via the IP and go to camera management they are all online, all recording and can playback video.

I have done the steps on that post but still not saying it is online.

I think there must be an inconsistency somewhere on the nvr. Hopefully connecting today I can spot it as nothing has helped.

I’m not sure I will upgrade for a while as since I’ve downgraded it fixed the green screen issue for a short period of time but now I can’t access my NVR via hik connect. It just says register status offline and have tried everything I can think of.

I think I've made the situation 100 times worse. I have just removed it in the hik connect account and when i re enter the serial number it says that device is offline. I think I shouldn't have deleted it as i have just checked my router and it says my NVR isn't connected to the internet. i've...
