Set up the same as DS-2CD2085FWD-I DS-2CD2185FWD-I It records video to the SD Card but no pictures ?? (the test to the FTP server works but no pictures) Any suggestions please? Thanks Dave.

Now I'm trying to test the v5.6.0 [UK recommended] firmware but when I try "upgrading" to it, I am told: "The version of upgrade file mismatches". Not sure why that might be - unless I'm doing it in the wrong place. I bought the camera from an accredited UK reseller but maybe it's a mismatch...

Not good for me, when I download from the camera in IE and I select 1 days of video recording it gets to 24th recording and then from then on says download failed, ie is running as admin also on ip cam pro (an app on my android phone) it can no longer connect to the cameras. I have x3...
