When i log into my NVR directly ( DS-7604NI-K1(B) ) to clip a section of video and export it to memory stick, When i play it back on PC there is a green box around anything that moves. How do i stop this? It doesnt appear while watching the playback on the NVR, Hik connect App or web page.

Hi, I have a Hikvision NVR and 2 Hikvision cameras which i use Hik connect to view. Are there any simple android apps to use remotley that, when opened, show a live stream of the cameras and nothing else, no settings or options?

I updated to GUI 4 this afternoon on DS-7604NI-K1-4P(B) and while i haven't noticed any problems, i have noticed when i hover the pointer over the playback timeline, i now get a thumbnail preview instead of "no resource"

Earlier, i unplugged all cables and reconnected but the problem remained. I have just tried the poe cable in a different port on the NVR and all was fine, so i have put back in the original port and everything remains good.
