I updated to the latest firmware 5.7.13 and the light linkage on motion stopped working. To get it working again I had to enable full screen monitoring in the NVR. I am currently using the 2387 cameras with the 7608 NVR

Many thanks for this. Although the date on your firmware is newer, mine is 5.7.2 whereas yours is 5.7.1. Do we go off the date rather than the first numbers?

Green issue still there

Seems to be gone in 5.7.3

You could try restoring all to factory settings and starting again with that firmware

Tried the latest firmware 4.60.005 and the issue is still present on the app with the green areas. Will just stick with H264+ encoding for now until they manage to sort it

Post up some of your issues just in case others have similar issues

I used the europe site for my cameras and NVR firmware. Just seen the new firmware whilst at work so can’t test it yet

I think hikvision have released a new firmware for the 7608. I had V4.60.000 build 211129 installed but now there’s V4.60.005 build 220108

Try to add your update in here as well as users can then use the links for the firmware locations etc
