Thank you for this. I will get a new NVR then since its critical to our business. Any downsides with the M series NVR's compared to the I series NVR's?
So for the event markers to appear on your hikconnect app, does the NVR and cameras both need to be Acusense enabled?
One of our office setups has Acusense cameras and a 7616NI-Q2 NVR and these markers do not show up in the playback screen on the hikconnect app.
Our other office has Acusense...
DS-7616NI-Q2 is the DVR I have. One of the cameras went offline and I'm trying to figure out when. Looking at playback does not help cos I didn't have continuous recording on. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm connected to the NVR via Hik connect on my phone and IVMS 4200 / IE Browser...
That was it! Thank you. I had no idea that the detection area had to be drawn. Can they not be drawn/set en masse for all the cameras without having to do it one by one?
Hi everyone
This is what I have :
Model : DS-7616NI-Q2 - 1 Unit
Model : DS-2DE2C200SCG-E - 1 Cam
Model: DS-2CD2023G2-IU - 13 Cams
All of them are updated to their latest FW. I have restored my NVR recently just to see if it problem goes away but it still doesn't budge. I just cannot get...
I'm trying to reset my NVR to factory settings (For some odd reason my cameras are not recording when motion recording is chosen. Only continuous works) but am afraid I might forget to enter some settings when setting up as new. Does the export/import function work reliably?
The portal shows DS-7616NI-Q2(C) and DS-7616NI-Q2(D) and I'm not sure which one mine is. How do I figure this out? Also what is better to do first? NVR firmware first and then the cameras? Thanks in advance for any help you are able to provide!
