It wouldnt be the first time hikvision does regional differences. UK is a bigger market, and where i live is small market plus cheap. Perhaps they are aware nobody would pay for that.

I do not have any configuration limit, neither my clients. If you do have a limit, something is wrong with your account. I have around 40 various devices on my account, and some clients up to 400 devices.
