    How to reset camera!

    THis camera may simply be dead! though it does show red glowing of its supplementary lights. When plugged into a POE switch the lights suggest traffic. It is not discoverable in Hikvision SDAP tool, so I am hoping a reset might help. No external reset button; nothing found by way of a rst...

    Guys you have mentioned firmware 3.0.15 for ds-7608NI-SE/P !! I would love to have access as my machine has been taken back to original factory version. Is it possible to go directly to 3.0.15 from firmware 2.3.7 Build 131112 encoding version: 1.0 Build 130719?
