expert mode

I am connecting a DVR remotely via web browser with IP. I want to configure HDMI out live view(Dwelling time etc). On built in device gui, there is avaliable "expert mode" activation mode to see deep configuration. Is there any way to enable expert mode only browser access. (I have no chance...
