hikvision configuration menu

Hi So I recently purchased a video intercom set from hikvision that includes door station DS-KV8113-WME1 and monitor DS-KH6320-WTE1 . Everything works fine but I don't have Day/Night Mode settings in ivms4200 or through website configuration but I know that model has that option cos in videos...

I've seen this a few times now, and had reports from several customers of their HikVision camera or NVR or camera's 'Configuration' menu appearing jumbled, and being unable to click or select any of the items in the list at the left hand side. This often seems to happen after a firmware update...
