Hikvision PTZ model DS-2DF8236IX-AELW "failed" messages?
I recently bought a used Hikvision PTZ, model number DS-2DF8236IX-AELW. I have factory reset the camera and have been able to connect it to my hik-connect account and access the web page and find it on the SADP tool. It displays picture and zooms okay. "PTZ failed. Error Code libHCNetSDK.dylib[29]" (Device operation failed.) in iVMS-4200 on iMac?
I keep getting this message in iVMS-4200 v1.02.03.02 on my iMac, - "Hikvision PTZ Failed Error Code libHCNetSDK.dylib[29]". The video is OK and I receive event notifications HIK-Connect ok, so don't know what it means. Can anyone explain the error code please? The Network Camera is a...
