ringtone

Hi, I'm trying to import a ringtone onto the KD8003 via the configuration in iVMS 4200. It's located under Configuration>Intercom>Ringbacktone Settings>Add. My problem is once I'm here, I can't press the "Browse" button to import a ringtone. When I click it, no explorer pops up. Is this a known...
