I have a Hikivision ds-2cd2032-i with on old firmware version 5.0.0 130830. I have access to an older laptop with an old IE version which allows me to use the plug in. However, I am having difficulty upgrading the firmware to 5.3.0. Is this because I am skipping too many upgrades in between...
