Door Entry 12V DC IN for DS-KV8113-WME1 Door station?

I hope you are doing well . I have noticed that there is 12 VDC IN: Power Supply Input for DS-KV8113-WME1 Door station . May i know what it is used for ? Also may i know if it is required to connect DS-KV8113-WME1 Door station to power supply to be powered on ?

Hi @ahmedabdulla

The DS-KV8113-WME1 supports WiFi so the 12v input is for powering the device when using WiFi and not using PoE.

Any 12v DC PSU should work, but this is the one we know works with Hikvision 12v products (although you will need to cut the pin connector off to access the 2-wires).
