Door Entry 2x DS-KH8301-WT and DS-KV8113-WME1-intercom audio/video problems

Hi,

I'm new here so sorry for the vague explanation ...

I have 2 DS-KH8301-WT panels and I cannot call them. In the sense, the intercom does not work as I enter 2 and I want to call the master panel and vice versa, the same.

I know that you have to enter e.g. 1-1-1-2 but this command does not connect at all.

The second thing, where should I change this call so that it only rings after pressing 2 or 1. These long calling codes are tiring ....

Hi, outdoor to indoor call works?
You can't call master indoor from slave indoor and reverse?
In newer versions of indoor units you click on call button, and have list of contact on right side of monitor.
There you should already see extension room.
