3 hikvision ptz cameras can only view 2 outside my home network

3 cameras all work fine using ivms-4200 on my laptop and phone , but when i go outside my home network one camera is offline. i have it added as ip address and the other 2 under hilook domain. i tied adding it by hi domain but won1t connect. any ideas?

What camera models do you have and which ones are working remotely and which aren't?

Okay, so these are OEM/rebadged Hikvision cameras which means they are likely using custom, older firmware that can cause compatibility issues when using with Hikvision software and apps. I would recommend trying the manual port forwarding method instead to open ports on your network that are accessible remotely.
