Hello,

I was wondering if anyone has installed a NVR with a 3g connection? I don't want it for downloading just to view now and again. What kit is best for this?

Hello Steve,

I always refer people to Nucleus Networks to discuss their requirements with them and select 3G/4G routers and dongles.

Ideally, you'd get a dongle/SIM card that provides you with a fixed IP address, and an appropriate data package for uplinking your video streams. Not things you'll get from a High Street / phone shop dongle/SIM.
