Abnormal Shutdowns of my Hikvision NVR-3201-K4?

Hi everyone,
I have an issue with NVR, model NVR-3201-K4. It's reboot many time randomly. I've checked the Logs and it's say "Local: Abnormal Shutdown".
I tried like every i can, like reset the setup, check the power source, test the HDD.
Do anyone here know the problem? Please help me.

It's not a model that I have come across before.
It's not available in the UK / Europe.

You've done many of the logical checks.
Perhaps see if you can find a Hikvision portal that covers this NVR and check for newer firmware to see if that helps.
NB - if your NVR shows that it is on the latest firmware you can ignore that - you must check their portal / product pages to see what version is actually the latest.
