Accessing the Hikvision CS-C3C-31WFR via wifi

I recently bought the above camera and have a hard time figuring out how to access it via wifi.
The camera cannot be reached via the browser, only through iVSM-4200 or SADP tool when connected by ethernet cable.
With most IP CAMs, you can usually discover the cameras with IP finder programs to get the IP address, port, etc, but not this one. This camera can use the EZVIZ cloud server. However, I much prefer using DDNS like I usually do with other cameras.
Any ideas?

That's not a Hikvision model code we're familiar with - where did you buy it?
Is it one of the EZVIZ branded cameras as opposed to a Hikvision branded camera? Very few hits online for the part code

It is something I picked up while in China. EZVIZ is advertised there as a "home use" brand of the Hikvision camera there.
