You will need to register at the ACTi website to download the free software.
(click the hyperlink above to visit their web page, then click the 'Software Download' tab in the lower part of the page and select the latest software to download, they will then prompt you to register)

Please note that it's a fairly huge 150MB download which will take at least 30 mins to download.
