Door Entry After a power cut some time ago I am not able to open my Door station from monitor or Hik-connect App?

hello

I had an electrical cut longtime ago and since that issue I am not able to open my Door station from monitor or Hik-connect App (door has electri Lock)

Lock does not apears on my app any more

When I use monitor got error message “ Unlock failled “

When I tried to call door station got error Message “ Operation Failled”

if someone can help

I would suspect their is an IP address conflict, or the indoor station is expecting the outdoor station on a different address. Likely as a cause of the power outage with router or hik devices.

Check in your router, or scan the lan, to see if there is any other device coming back with 192.168.0.35? You should set a static address/reserve this address in the router.

Then check the indoor station, to see what address is configured as the outdoor station.
