Hey,
After a power outage in the middle of a firmware update, the DVR stopped showing a screen.
The network card receives an address of 192.0.0.64 and cannot be reached through a browser.

How can I install new firmware?
Thanks for the helpI did not write, it is a Hikvision ds-7104hqhi-k1 device

Hi @gadi

Do you have Hikvision SADP Tool installed?

Can you try opening SADP, selecting the DVR from the list, and then enable DHCP? When you refresh the device list after doing this the DVR should now be using an IP address that is on your local network and you should be able to log in again.

The device, during a firmware update, received a power outage.
Currently, only getting a default address (192.0.0.64) and not showing anything on the screen.
Unable to plant software in FTFP

Hi @gadi

Have you tried enabling DHCP in the SADP tool as explained in my earlier post?

Hey,
Even when using the SADP software, you don't see anything.
The firmware does not exist.
Gets a default IP and cannot enter the address in any system.
The HIK firmware repair tool also does not connect to the address.

Hi @gadi

Please post a screenshot of what you are seeing in the SADP Tool.
