Amcrest ProHD IP2M-841W ?

hi, I’ve one,
Amcrest ProHD IP2M-841W camera that works well, but I need another, but they are out of stock everywhere and seem to be discontinued, if i get another brand, is there a app i can use to control them both?

Sorry, we have no experience with Amcrest, but you should be able to find an App that will work with multiple brands.
I'd recommend that you search at your App store and check out the reviews for the Apps.
e.g. at the iTunes Store for IOS and Google Play App store for Android
Most Apps will link to a maker's website where you can do a bit more research and see if Amcrest is mentioned along with any new brand you're considering.
I'd guess that most will accommodate either the ONVIF standard (if your Amcrest camera complies with that) and/or a generic stream such as MJPEG/MPEG4.

Thanks for that, I’ll try it, Amcrest up cameras doesn’t seem to be available in the U.K. at the moment, I’m a beginner at this, can you tell me what the ONVIF standard is please ?
