Nookie here so please don't talk all jargon sheet with me as I honestly have no idea.
Ip poe cctv system in place with 4k 8mp cameras. Works fine but playback from phone is a complete no go.everything else works a treat !!
Been told this is probably because 4k footage is too information to be uploaded to a phone and too much for it to handle.
Loads of info online about similar problems and loads of reviews on app store with people having same issue.
So...
I've read I should reduce substream parameters so it streams easier.
Is this correct ?
And if so I think i have found the right screen on the nvr so what should I set it to ??
Help please as I don't have a scooby doo !!
