ANPR HIKVISION AND HIK CENTRAL?

Good morning everyone, a question about the way in which the ANPR HIKVISION cameras and the HIK CENTRAL interact:
hypothesis 1: the ANPR camera queries the HIK CENTRAL for each vehicle that passes or hypothesis
2: every time I add a license plate to a list on the Does HIK CENTRAL synchronize with a local list present inside the ANPR camera?

As of v2.5.1 we finally got option that enables syncing data to camera when added via hik-central.
All versions below do not support that and if hik-central server is off, the camera will not open the barrier.
