Any help with picture quality ?

Hi I have a hikvision 4K camera dome and the picture quality at night is totally useless. It seems to be getting worse as time goes on. When I first installed it it was fine at night but now isn’t. I’ve reset the camera but no joy.

Sorry if this has been asked before. Is there anythng that will solve this.thanks

Hi, It's a common problem with dome cameras.
The infra-red reflects within the dome.
It will probably improve back to the original performance if you give it a thorough / careful clean.

Thank phi. Think o read about that info before will have to get the ladders out
