Attachment in E-Mail always begins with "Camera1-"

how can i Change the Name of the attachment (JPG) ? I have three Cameras and Always i get the same names of the Pictures.

As far as we are aware it is not possible to change the file names of the email attachments but you can define the file name of files you send with FTP.

HikvisionTools-Batch (Attachment here) . If i could Change the Name here, but there is no possibility.

Downgrading firmware on G1 from v5.6.0 to v5.5.83

unfortunately, no.

my next step is downgrading firmware.

v5.5.53 is the latest firmware for your 2142 camera, your camera is R6 family and the v5.5.83 firmware is only for G1 family cameras, the person who posted about downgrading firmware above wasn't actually advising you, they have another problem relating to their G1 cameras and they are chasing StewartM around the forum trying to get answers.

I would have recommended the same as StewartM for how to change the name of your cameras but you say that hasn't worked, I don't know if anyone else has any other possible solutions?
