I have a DS-PHA64-LP (B). It had version 1.1.0 build 240409 and I updated it to 1.1.1 (HIA_HYBRID_H13_IT_ML_STD_V1.1.1_build241016.zip) via local file. The update went smoothly and I can see the web client login screen, however, now when I enter the same credentials, the message "Invalid user name or password" appears.
I tried resetting to factory settings, I can activate the control panel (confirmed via SADP) but the problem remains, after activation the credentials are invalid.
Any idea if it is possible to reset the ADMIN credentials or downgrade the firmware?
In this situation without the possibility of accessing via web browser how do I change the firmware if that is what it is? thanks for your patience
