I fitted a wireless AX pro alarm to a friends house about a year ago - and until recently it’s been working well. It’s on the latest firmware - and is connected to both Ethernet and WiFi - but not using a SIM card. In recent weeks it appears to be going offline completely every minute for sometimes 15-20 minutes at a time - even though it has two forms and of connection made. When I try to view through hik partner pro - I can sometimes access it - and sometimes not.
The internet is relatively stable as far as I’m aware. Would welcome any feedback as to what I might check that I haven’t looked at already.
The cctv system is connected via the same network cable from a switch elsewhere in the property and that seems stable.
Any thoughts before I might pull my hair out?
