Hi all
Wondering if anyone can help.
May well be a simple question but what is the app notification for “Zone Status”? What does this include? There is also a “Zone Alarm/Lid Opened. This is under push notifications on the control panel and struggling to understand them.
The reason I ask is I am receiving “Zone Triggered” notifications in HCP very frequently. It is from the door sensors in a shop environment and to be honest I don’t know why they are coming through as nothing abnormal appears to be happening. It is during the day and seems a bit random? I want to reduce notifications but do not want to miss anything important by disabling both of these.
